You may cancel an order under the conditions below, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. Online product orders
- Before dispatch: orders can be cancelled free of charge by emailing hello@nanaorganics.org or calling +27 82 702 6818. A full refund will be issued via Paystack within 5–10 business days.
- After dispatch: dispatch does not remove applicable statutory cancellation rights. Qualifying online purchases may be cancelled under ECTA section 44 within seven days of receipt, subject to statutory exclusions. See our Refund Policy once delivered.
2. Custom systems and bulk orders
Custom hydroponic builds and bulk wholesale orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After that, any lawful cancellation charge must be reasonable and assessed against the circumstances and work already committed. No automatic 20% charge applies. Statutory rights and exclusions take precedence; ordinary bulk orders are not automatically custom-made.
3. Training bookings
- Cancel 7+ days before the course: full refund.
- Cancel 2–6 days before: 50% refund or free reschedule.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before: non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to another person.
Training cancellation conditions are subject to statutory cooling-off rights where applicable and reasonable cancellation charges under the CPA. They do not override rights relating to services not provided or other statutory remedies.
