Where we deliver
We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas across South Africa via trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines
- Order processing: 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
- Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Regional & outlying areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Bulk / wholesale orders (pallet quantities): dispatched within 5 business days, delivery 3–7 business days thereafter.
Standard nutrient-order delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days. This excludes bulk, custom and hardware orders, whose lead times and delivery charges are confirmed in the quotation.
Shipping fees
- Standard courier shipping is R75 for nutrient orders that do not qualify for free shipping. The total is shown before payment.
- Free standard shipping for orders of R500 or more, or orders containing only Complete Bundles.

Delays
Occasionally couriers experience delays due to weather, public holidays or load shedding. If your order has not arrived within the timelines above, please contact us — we will follow up with the courier and keep you updated.
